1. What anzbooking does

anzbooking is a directory and ticket-issuance platform. Financial relationships are between attendees and event organisers — anzbooking does not collect payment, does not issue refunds, and is not party to the booking contract.

2. Organisers

Organisers warrant that their event details, pricing, and banking details are accurate, that they have the right to host the event, and that they will deliver the experience advertised. Submitting an event for review constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Attendees

Attendees enter into a booking contract directly with the organiser. Bank-deposit payment instructions are provided after booking; the booking is confirmed only once the organiser marks the deposit as received.

4. Disputes

Refund, cancellation, and delivery disputes must be raised with the event organiser in the first instance. anzbooking is not liable for any loss arising from a booking.

5. Moderation

anzbooking moderates events for compliance with these terms and applicable law. Approval is not an endorsement. We reserve the right to unpublish events at any time.
